Charlois is a borough to the southwest of Rotterdam undergoing social-cultural change, as people move away from the ports to the city centers. The area is scheduled for a lot of future redevelopment and new models of housing to encourage positive social change and inclusion. This publication is about the phenomenon of 'change', and the sense of 'being somewhere'. Includes several artists' projects and work by Wapke Feenstra. Text in Dutch and English.
