The Smallholder Encyclopaedia

The second edition of a work that embodies gardening, commercial horticulture and livestock keeping for profit. It is an encyclopaedia in the truest sense of the word, including not only sections on fruit, flowers and vegetable culture, for both amateurs and market growers but dealing with those other subjects so closely allied—the keeping of bees, goats, dogs and rabbits. Further sections on poultry, fur animals, pigs and farm livestock and crops, make a total of eleven sections in all.
