The colour was formerly produced industrially at Reckitts Colours Ltd, a.k.a. the 'Blue Works' at Backbarrow, near Ulverston, Cumbria. Includes reproductions of paintings that use ultramarine blue, and texts by JJ Charlesworth and Joanna Spitzner.
