Description

Twining tender plants bear long fruits all summer. We have grown many varieties, small and large, including 'Marketmore', 'Zipingu' & 'Miniature White'. All are started indoors and ideally only planted in the tunnels when temperatures are in general over 10 C.

Culinary Uses

Eaten raw or lightly cooked or pickled.

Cultivation

Plant on a raised mound of soil once weather is warm, and pick frequently.

Maintenance

Be very careful not to over water.
